Kitchen on 101, located just North of Edna, Kansas, on State Highway 101 is an incubator kitchen certified and inspected by the Kansas Department of Agriculture. The purpose is to provide a food safe place for producers and entrepreneurs to produce value added foods, develop new products or produce food items. Using foods grown by them or purchased locally and processed to add value for retail sales.
